Vanan Ltd. later renamed into Aerotour-Vanan has been operating in the tourism market in Armenia since 1995. This is the Yerevan branch of Aerotour Moscow, a well-known Russian travel agency.

In 1999, Aerotour entered the international chain of the greatest business tourism operator, First Travel Management (FTM).
